This area method assumes a single rectangular paver size. Joints are not deducted, making the count conservative. Mixed-size patterns need the manufacturer’s pattern coverage.

Before you order

Measure actual face dimensions. Add border courses and steps separately; do not count their area twice.

For an irregular footprint, split the project into rectangles. Calculate each section and combine unrounded quantities before rounding the final order. Ask the supplier to confirm product yield and available package sizes.
